"Cancellation Insurance"

These 2 Cancellation Insurance formulas will be offered as an option, exclusively in case of online booking on this site:

 

  • Serenity - 2 WEEKS
    If I cancel up to 2 weeks before arrival,
    I am reimbursed for any amount already paid
    (3% of costs and amount of insurance deducted).
    Insurance cost : 10% of the booking amount

  • Freedom - 2 DAYS
    If I cancel up to 2 days before arrival,
    I am reimbursed for any amount already paid
    (3% of costs and amount of insurance deducted).
    Insurance cost : 15% of the booking amount

Your reservation is confirmed as soon as you have paid a first amount (deposit or full amount). In principle, you are then liable for the full amount of the reservation, even in the event of cancellation.

 

However, at Villa Ansalane we prefer to be more flexible.

If you have to undo, you won't necessarily lose everything.

 

In the event of a regulatory change related to the Covid-19 health crisis between the date of reservation and the date of arrival :

  • If this forces you to cancel your stay with us, you will be fully refunded (3% transaction fees deducted).

Also, if you take one of our 2 cancellation insurance plans, you can get a full refund in the event of cancellation.

If you do not wish to take cancellation insurance , please note that:

  • After making the reservation, no insurance can be taken out

​

  • In the event of cancellation , depending on the time between the date of cancellation and the start date of the stay, all or part of the price of the reservation remains due:

    • 30% in case of cancellation more than 30 days before arrival

    • 70% in case of cancellation between 1 and 30 days before arrival

    • 100% in case of cancellation on the day of arrival, or in case of no-show
