Payment of the deposit implies acceptance of our General Rental Conditions (CGL) .

The payment schedule is as follows:

​

• To be paid when ordering : deposit of 30% of the rental amount

• To be paid at the latest 3 weeks before arrival : balance

• To be deposited on site : guarantee deposit of 500 € (general case, see the CGL for specific cases)

Any reservation made within 4 weeks of arrival must be paid in full upon reservation.

​

The reservation becomes final upon receipt of a payment (deposit or full).

​

The guarantee deposit is returned in full at the end of the stay if:

• the keys are returned at the agreed time (unless expressly waived, the premises must be vacated at midday);

• the exit inventory complies with the entry inventory.
